What does our certification mean?

Senior Specialist - our most experienced specialists able to work with any age group from EY upwards and train teachers in Enquiry and questioning skills

Level 4 - is experienced at working with children from KS1 and above, some experience with EY and training teachers

Level 3 - has passed our Stage 2 training and is able to work with KS1 and above

Level 2 - has passed our Stage 1 training to a high standard and is experienced at working with KS2 and above

Level 1 - has passed our Stage 1 training and is able to work with KS2 and above
